Some days you're excited about building your own future. Other days the self-doubt pipes up, and the fear that you'll never make it work.
You can feel excitement and dread in the same moment. That's the Corporate Hangover: yesterday's rules following you into your own business. It's time to shake it off and leave those rules behind to write your own.
You've left the relative security of employment, and now you're creating something special of your own.
Building a business after a corporate career requires you to think and act differently. It's a whole other way of working from the one you spent years perfecting. And it can be hard.
You can be brilliant at what you do and still find yourself undercharging or waiting until you feel "ready" before putting yourself out there. You can crave freedom and still feel the guilt of taking time to yourself. You can be determined to do things on your terms and still find yourself saying yes too much.
These patterns, and many others, don't appear by accident. They're the legacy of years spent succeeding in someone else's world.
My role isn't to hand you a blueprint or tell you who to become. It's to help you recognise what's serving you, let go of what isn't and build a business that reflects the way you want to live.
Together, we'll leave yesterday's rules behind and write your own.

This is where your experience becomes something you rely on, rather than something you second-guess. You're building something that reflects who you are now, not a copy of your corporate career in a different setting.
You won't have all the answers – none of us ever do. What you will have is the ability to trust yourself to find them.

I'm Emily, and I can't wait to support you on this very exciting path.
Working with me will be a mix of fun, challenging, enlightening and productive. We won't be chasing overnight success or working to someone else's version of what success looks like. We'll explore what you've carried with you from corporate and decide what's worth keeping, so you can build a business that reflects who you are now.
I'll ask the questions you might be avoiding and help you spot the patterns you're too close to notice yourself. You bring the experience; I bring an outside eye.
It's a partnership. I'll support you and challenge your thinking in equal measure, so the choices you make are ones you'll still stand behind long after we've finished working together.
If you're ready to make changes and become a bold and courageous entrepreneur... I've got you.

There's no single way to build a business, and no single way to work together either. Whether you're ready to work through the full RISE Programme or you're looking for focused support around a specific challenge, we'll decide together what feels right for where you are now.

12 weeks. One framework. Structured sessions that walk you through releasing the corporate rules, integrating your experience and finding your way of leading – so you can show up and expand your impact. By the end, you'll have the mindset and the skills to get out there and start building, and the momentum to keep going.

Support built around you, not a fixed curriculum. We'll work through whatever's most important right now, guided by a framework that gives us direction without boxing you in. It's a good fit if you want space to think out loud with someone who'll challenge your thinking and help you move forward. Minimum 3 sessions.
