As a certified online business manager and certified cultural intelligence practitioner, I bring strategic depth and a strong understanding of how people, purpose and structure intersect - supporting those who are committed to meaningful, long-term impact.

Why NurtureWorks Exists
NurtureWorks grew from working alongside expert practitioners who cared deeply about their work, but were carrying more than they could manage. I could see where decisions became harder, responsibility felt heavier and progress slowed, through lack of support.
NurtureWorks exists to offer that support.
