What would make the biggest difference to your business right now?

When you’re building a business, there are a LOT of things you could be doing.

You could spend weeks perfecting your website, lose several afternoons trying to understand social media, invest in new tech, branding or another course because surely one of those things must be the thing that gets everything moving.

But before you spend all that time and money, it might be worth asking a different question:

What do I actually need to get better at?

Maybe it’s selling. Perhaps you want to feel more comfortable talking about money or putting yourself out there. You might be doing plenty of networking but not really getting anywhere with it.

That’s where The Business Boost comes in.

In three sessions over up to a six-week period, we’ll choose one area of your business that you want to develop and work on it together.

This isn't about the tech

I’m not going to teach you how to build a website, set up an email funnel or master social media algorithms. That’s not what I do.

I’m much more interested in you, and my job is to help you uncover the hidden factors that may be influencing how you are running your business.

So if you want to become better at selling, we'll work on selling. If talking about money makes you squirm, bring that. If you want networking to actually lead somewhere, let's look at how you're approaching it.

And if you're convinced you need to spend £5,000 on a new website before you can properly get going, I might just ask you a few awkward questions about that too.

What does the Boost look like?

We’ll start with where you are now and what you want to change. Then you’ll go and try things in your actual business.

When we meet again, we'll look at what happened. I’ll coach you through anything that got in the way and share my experience where it’s useful. Then we’ll work out what you want to try next.

You get the chance to practise while you’ve got someone alongside you to help you think it through.

Because getting better at business doesn't happen by endlessly preparing to do business.

At some point, you have to go and do it.
