Why I do this
I know what it's like to be good at something and still feel like you're not quite pulling it off in practice. I've been there, with the frustration of knowing you have something valuable to offer and not quite being able to show the world what that is.
That's why I built NurtureWorks around one central idea: the women I work with are already brilliant. My job is to make sure they know it and their businesses show it.
The Unique Mix That Sets Me Apart
My background spans hospitality, teaching and senior management, which means looking after people and communicating clearly are second nature to me.
As an ICF accredited coach-in-training, I take my work very seriously and always strive to the highest standards of care and knowledge.
I'm also a certified Online Business Manager and certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator, which means I'm comfortable across a wide range of businesses, cultural contexts and ways of working.
I bring both the strategic and the human side to everything I do. Because building a business is more than a practical challenge – it's a deeply personal experience. And you deserve someone who gets both.
