Session 1: The honest picture We start by building a clear, honest picture of your business and where you are in it. We'll talk about who you are, who you serve, what you're currently doing and your vision, mission and goals. Then we turn to the human side — how you're feeling, and what your biggest worry or blocker is right now.

Session 2: The outside perspective This is where an outside view really earns its place. I will share what I noticed in our first session, and we'll explore what's really getting in the way. Sometimes the blocker someone names is not the real one. Sometimes a business problem is actually a confidence problem in disguise. This session is about seeing it clearly.

Session 3: The right priority With a clear picture of what's really going on, we narrow down to the single most important thing to focus on right now. You share what you want to focus on and I apply the strategic lens. Is it the right thing at the right time? Does it match where you actually are? We land on one clear, agreed priority that we both believe in.

Session 4: The plan We turn your priority into a simple, practical action plan. Together we build your Launchpad Plan — three to five specific, sequenced steps that reflect what matters most for you right now. You leave with real momentum, knowing exactly what to do next, in what order and why, with no vagueness or overwhelm.
