We also spend real time on the leadership dimension, because a business can only grow as far as its founder is willing to lead it. That means getting confident on decision-making, boundaries and processes, so that you are truly running the show.
By the end of twelve weeks you will know exactly where you're going and how you're getting there. And you will have me in your corner the whole way through.
